The Emerald

The Emerald
The Emerald building is designed for families in all shapes and sizes. More and more families want to stay living in the city but they need enough bedrooms, plenty of space, and safe places to play. Bajeskwartier meets all these needs perfectly. The complex is located in the Amstel District and will have 120 owner-occupied apartments ranging in size from 45 to 245 m2. All the apartments are flexible in their layout. Residents can make use of the communal play areas on the ground floor, green roof terraces and an inviting, central courtyard. On the ground floor of The Emerald there will be maisonettes with gardens.

There is ample space in the building and the district for children, as with almost 70 different gardens in Bajeskwartier they are never short of somewhere to play and enjoy sports, climb or have a picnic. A spirit of adventure and growing up with nature, even in the middle of wonderful Amsterdam. The Emerald building has been designed by Arons & Gelauff and Civic Architects.
