Civic Architects is an independent, young and talented firm of architects, bursting with new ideas which it always combines with tried and tested solutions. Their design style is generous and contemporary. Civic Architects creates buildings with a public interest that contribute to a better environment, both now and in the future.
Civic Architects has designed The Emerald in collaboration with Arons & Gelauff. The Emerald is situated in the Amstel Kwartier and consists of three buildings forming a coherent unit. A unique feature of this design is that these three buildings face each other, instead of being side by side and oriented in the same direction as we see in the rest of Bajeskwartier.
