Building of De Alliantie

Bajeskwartier will be a place that all kinds of people can call home, in a diverse and lively district. This compact building will have 147 social rented apartments of De Alliantie. On the ground floor there will be space for the Healthy Living Lab. De Alliantie’s mission is to create good, affordable accommodation where people feel at home and can live and work in comfort. The building is designed around a large atrium containing a green courtyard garden, so that even in bad weather you still feel you are outdoors. There will also be two green roof terraces and all apartments will have a large balcony, merging indoors and outdoors, urban and green. This building has been designed by Atelier Kempe Thill and will be let via De Alliantie.
